Designed with families in mind, this room type comfortably accommodates up to three guests. These rooms offer easy access to Inverness attractions, the River Ness, and the city centre. A great option for parents travelling with children, providing comfort and convenience at excellent value.
Disabled Access Rooms
One of our Family Rooms for 3 is also suitable for guests with additional accessibility needs.
Based on the ground floor, we have 1 room that is available for guests with accessibility needs, with ramp access available at the main entrance to the guesthouse, and for a small stepped area in our hallway leading to the dining room.
Front Door Entrance
Access to the property is by ramp at both front doors.

Our accessible room is located on the ground floor of the guesthouse and can be accessed by wheelchair if required. There is a step at the back of the building, but a ramp is available.

The accessible bathroom has hand rails at the sink, toilet and shower and the sink is it a lower level. We also have a shower chair available on request.
